1. General Product Warranty Policy

4. Limited Warranty Exclusions
- The following circumstances excluded from warranty coverage.
- Next-Gen warranty shall not apply, regardless of whether the Product is in-warranty, or out of warranty, in the following situations:
- The Product is damaged by accident, abuse, catastrophe, improper use (including failure to heed instructions or warnings), improper maintenance, inadequate packaging, neglect, misuse, operator error;
- The Product is damaged by external causes, including but not limited to, corrosion, falls, environmental factors (including temperature and humidity), power failure, faulty power supply, air conditioning, operator, data communications system failure or malfunction;
- The Product is damaged due to alterations, changes, modifications, repair, or other services performed by a third party that is not authorized by Next-Gen
- Product accessory, apparatus, attachment, or devices that are not originally bundled with the Product, or is not provided by Next-Gen; Installation, relocation, or removal of Product or any accessories, apparatus, attachments or other devices;
- Normal wear and tear, including without limitation, to a Product or Product accessory or part that is consumable or expendable;
- A Product or part where you cannot provide the local warranty card, registration number, or purchase receipt issued by Next-Gen Online Store, or where the serial number or label has been defaced or removed;
- Product that is not purchased from the Next-Gen Online Store, or Authorized Resellers and Distributors. If the product was purchased from Amazon, eBay, Newegg, leased or loaned by a third party is NOT eligible for warranty.
- Damage caused by shipping carrier;
- Hardware or software incompatibility issue(s);
- Installation, removal, and set-up service charges.
- The product or warranty label has been defaced, altered or rendered difficult or impossible to decipher such that the serial number is falsified, missing, or no longer discernible (all serial numbers are recorded and tracked for warranty purposes)
5. Serial Numbers And Manufacturing Dates
- The S/N stands for Serial Number and this label is located on the retail box
- Example 1: Power Supply
- Within the serial number after the letter B, the 16 represents the year and the 09 represents the month of manufacture. In this example, this power supply was manufactured on September 2016.
The Serial Number sticker is located on the back of the power supply.

6. Product Registration and Warranty Claims.
Step 1) Complete our Product Warranty Registration Form. Your product information will be saved in our system. Your serial number and model number (SKU) can be found on the Next-Gen product packaging and on the product itself.
